TRUTH Training Inc. is a Black-owned neighborhood gym in Chicago’s Lakeview community. The independently owned fitness center welcomes beginners, experienced lifters, and anyone looking for a more personal alternative to a large corporate gym. The gym offers a wide range of strength and cardio equipment. Members can use free weights, dumbbells, squat racks, benches, cable machines, treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, and stationary bikes. TRUTH also limits capacity to help members avoid crowded workouts and long waits for equipment.

Personal training gives members additional support. Independent trainers create customized workouts based on individual fitness goals.
