The Jones Psychology Group is a Chicago psychotherapy practice offering individual therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy. Dr. William James Jones founded the practice in 2019. He is a licensed clinical psychologist in Illinois and California and serves as the group’s clinical director.

The practice specializes in Integrative Depth Psychology and Psychotherapy®. This approach explores both conscious and unconscious experiences. It also incorporates multicultural awareness, humanistic psychology, contemporary psychoanalytic approaches, Jungian psychology, and transpersonal psychology.

Individual therapy can address anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, anger, major life transitions, and coping skills. Clients can also explore racial, cultural, and gender identity concerns. Therapy may address existential or spiritual questions and recurring patterns that affect emotional well-being.

The Jones Psychology Group also provides couples counseling and marital therapy. Sessions can focus on communication, conflict, relationship patterns, intimacy, and strengthening the relationship. Dr. Jones is a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator and incorporates relationship-focused tools into his couples work.

Chicago clients can also participate in The Huddle, an in-person weekly men’s process group. The group provides a confidential setting for conversations about relationships, identity, purpose, family roles, and other life challenges.

The practice offers in-person psychotherapy in Chicago and telehealth for eligible Illinois clients. For people seeking a psychologist or therapist in Chicago, The Jones Psychology Group provides depth-oriented mental health care for individuals and couples with an emphasis on identity, relationships, self-understanding, and emotional well-being.
