Tastee Rolls is a family-owned restaurant in Chicago’s Chatham neighborhood, specializing in creative stuffed egg rolls, flavorful rice bowls, and American comfort food with a twist. Known as the home of the Jerk Chicken Egg Roll, the restaurant combines familiar Chicago favorites with Caribbean-inspired seasonings and crispy, golden egg roll wrappers.

The menu features a wide selection of made-to-order egg rolls filled with combinations of meats, vegetables, cheese, and signature sauces. Popular options include Philly steak, Philly chicken, jerk chicken, Italian beef, buffalo chicken, garlic parmesan chicken, and BBQ chicken. One distinctive creation is the Obama Egg Roll, which combines jerk chicken and jerk steak with cheese, lettuce, and spicy giardiniera. Other specialty selections include gyro, hot honey chicken, mango habanero chicken, and pepper steak rice egg rolls.

Beyond its signature rolls, Tastee Rolls serves hearty rice bowls featuring seasoned yellow rice, vegetables, and proteins such as grilled chicken, steak, shrimp, and jerk chicken. Customers can also choose combination bowls with multiple proteins or a vegetable-based option.

Side dishes include freshly prepared hand-cut fries and loaded jerk chicken fries topped with cheese. For dessert, the restaurant offers sweet egg rolls inspired by peach cobbler, apple pie, Biscoff cheesecake, and cherry cheesecake.
