ROW 24 is a historic wedding and event venue in Chicago’s Motor Row District, located in the South Loop near McCormick Place. Housed in a beautifully restored former automobile showroom, the venue combines vintage architectural details with modern amenities to create a distinctive setting for weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations.

Originally built in 1903 as a showroom for the Speedwell Motor Company, ROW 24 preserves the character of Chicago’s early automotive era. The venue features soaring 20-foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, an original skylight, and striking chandeliers that give the space an elegant, industrial-inspired atmosphere.

The main showroom offers an open, flexible floor plan that can be customized for wedding ceremonies, receptions, seated dinners, cocktail parties, and corporate functions. An elevated mezzanine overlooks the main event space, providing additional room for guests and creating opportunities for creative event layouts.

ROW 24 accommodates weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversary celebrations, nonprofit fundraisers, business meetings, and other special occasions. Depending on the event configuration, the venue can host up to approximately 200 seated guests or 275 guests for a standing reception.

The family-operated venue offers flexible event planning options, allowing clients to work with outside caterers and other vendors. Available features include a catering preparation area, private suite, beverage service options, and event coordination services. Its customizable layout gives hosts the flexibility to create an experience that reflects their personal style and event needs.

Located along historic Michigan Avenue, ROW 24 offers convenient access to downtown Chicago, nearby hotels, and the McCormick Place convention center.
