About this Business
NLS Athletic is a personal training and fitness studio in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood offering individualized coaching, small-group training, fitness classes, kickboxing, and online coaching. Founded by Stephan Fouché, NLS Athletic takes a personalized approach to fitness, building training around each client’s goals, experience, movement, and lifestyle.
Personal training is available for clients focused on building strength, improving conditioning, increasing mobility, training for an athletic event, or simply staying strong and capable. Sessions can incorporate strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, athletic performance, and kickboxing. Buddy training gives clients the option to train with a friend while still receiving individualized coaching.
NLS Athletic also offers group fitness classes designed around strength, conditioning, and full-body training. Current programming includes Glutes-Legs-Arms, Total Body Tone, Strength & Conditioning, and HYROX training. Small-group kickboxing sessions are also available for clients looking to combine skill development with conditioning.
For clients who prefer to train independently or outside Chicago, the NLS 90-Day Coaching Program provides customized workouts, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and direct coaching through the NLS app. The program is built around each person’s goals, schedule, experience, and available equipment rather than a one-size-fits-all workout plan.
NLS Athletic also provides corporate wellness programming that can bring personalized fitness and wellness services directly to workplaces.
With nearly two decades of coaching experience and credentials in exercise science, personal training, corrective exercise, nutrition, and kickboxing, Stephan Fouché focuses on helping clients build sustainable strength and fitness for whatever comes next.
