Meticulous Massage is a private massage therapy and structural bodywork practice in downtown Chicago founded by licensed massage therapist Nedra R. Crosby. Established in 2016, the practice specializes in highly individualized bodywork designed around each client’s concerns, movement, comfort, and how their body responds throughout the session.

The signature Structural Reset™ is a personalized massage experience for clients dealing with persistent muscle tension, restricted movement, physical fatigue, or recurring discomfort. Rather than following a predetermined massage routine, sessions adapt as the work progresses. Techniques may include targeted deep-tissue massage, myofascial techniques, slow compressions, assisted stretching and mobility work, focused work around muscular attachment areas, and customized pressure.

For clients with more complex or long-standing tension patterns, Meticulous Massage offers Structural Intensive Deep Tissue™ sessions with additional time for focused bodywork. The practice emphasizes precision rather than excessive force, adapting pressure and technique to the individual instead of treating discomfort as a requirement for effective massage.

Clients can also personalize their experience with wellness enhancements including infrared sauna, red-light therapy, hot stones, and focused foot care. Meticulous Massage provides on-site corporate chair massage for workplaces, conferences, schools, churches, community organizations, and special events throughout Chicago.

Operating as a private, appointment-only practice, Meticulous Massage focuses on attentive, responsive care for people seeking massage therapy that goes beyond a standardized routine.
