In addition to books, Call & Response carries journals, bookmarks, stickers, pins, stationery, and other literary gifts. Customers can shop in-store or online, request special-order books that aren’t currently in stock, and place bulk book orders for organizations, companies, and events.

Community is an important part of Call & Response Books. The bookstore hosts author talks, book clubs, open mics, trivia nights, storytimes, and other literary and cultural events designed to encourage conversation and connection. The space also welcomes book clubs and is available for select private and community events.
