Ashley J’s Dance Center (AJDC) is a dance studio in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood. The studio creates an affordable and welcoming place for dancers to learn, perform, and grow. Programs serve kids, teens, and adults. Beginners are welcome.

Youth classes help children build skills and confidence through movement. Current styles include ballet, tap, hip-hop, acrobatics, and majorette. AJDC also offers Parent + Me classes for younger children. Teen programming includes hip-hop.

Adults can join classes and dance nights without making a long-term commitment. Flexible class packages allow dancers to choose options that fit their schedules. The studio also offers workshops, events, and performance opportunities.

AJDC stays connected to the Austin community through outreach and partnerships. The studio focuses on making dance education accessible while creating a positive space for creativity and connection.

The studio is also available for rentals. Dancers, fitness instructors, photographers, and other groups can rent the space for rehearsals, classes, workshops, and private events. Amenities include sprung floors, full-length mirrors, a professional sound system, and an open-floor layout.
