Back in the Game Video Games & Repair is a video game store and electronics repair shop on Chicago’s Southwest Side. Founded in 2008, the company specializes in both retro and modern gaming.

Shoppers can browse new and used video games, consoles, and gaming accessories. The store carries products for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and older gaming systems. Retro gamers can shop for original consoles, vintage games, and old-school accessories. Back in the Game says its vintage products are 100% authentic.

Customers can also sell or trade their games and electronics. The store pays cash for video games and offers store credit for eligible trade-ins. Hard-to-find games may be available through special order with a deposit.

Back in the Game also repairs gaming and consumer electronics. Customers can bring in video game consoles, computers, laptops, phones, tablets, and other devices for repair.

For Chicago gamers looking for retro video games, current titles, consoles, or gaming repairs, Back in the Game combines shopping, trade-ins, and electronics repair in one neighborhood store.
